If RE:CHURCH believes we will be able to help your ministry, we will prepare a proposal and email it to you within 5 business days of the initial phone call.
Step 3 can begin once RE:CHURCH receives the signed proposal.

This is the gathering of information stage.
RE:CHURCH will request specific information from your church.
While you are gathering the information requested, RE:CHURCH will begin the initial consulting proceess.
Note: This stage can be 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the speed of which you gather the requested information.

This stage is where RE:CHURCH synthesizes and analyzes all data.
This step can take 2 to 3 weeks. RE:CHURCH will provide a deadline for your church after Step 3 is completed.

This may be the most exciting step in the process! Here is when RE:CHURCH will come on-site and perform surveys, interactions, interviews, and more.
This step is a one week process.

This is where patience comes into play on your part. Over the next 5 to 7 weeks, RE:CHURCH will create their comprehensive report for your church.
RE:CHURCH will provide a deadline for your church after step 5.

RE:CHURCH comes back on-site to share their comprehensive report, action steps, and next steps.
This is a 2 to 3 day process.

This is the last step! Here is where RE:CHURCH will enter the coaching season with your church. We will provide 8 weeks of coaching via Zoom.
After the 8 weeks of coaching are completed, you will have have access to RE:CHURCH for clarifying questions.
